Want to get on stage and compete? I can help get you ready to be at your best. We will work together, one on one, to help you reach your goals, guide you to the basics of posing and go through a healthy transformation. This package is an all-inclusive service that gives you a full, peace of mind, structure where I create fully personalized programs to your lifestyle, resources, preferences, experience and duration of the prep you decide to do. Whether that'd be physique, classic or bodybuilding, I got your back. Don't worry about a thing, I will take charge. You just have to follow and have fun! I suggest a minimum of 3 months preparation. The more the better. You will be able to retain more muscle mass, volume and progressively get to a conditioned physique for show day. I have won my PRO card in men's physique category and won 1st place in bodybuilding, so I understand the process as both a competitor and coach.
